About the Event
The Friends of St Richard’s warmly invite you to our Concert for Ukraine, taking place on Thursday 21st May from 6–8pm on the school field. This special evening is a fundraising event in support of Ukraine, and we are delighted to be joined by volunteers from the Church Farm Ukrainian Aid Hub, who continue to do incredible work supporting those affected by the conflict.
This concert is a wonderful opportunity for our school and church community to come together in solidarity and celebration. The evening will feature music from our fantastic Year 3 and Year 4 children, who will be performing songs they have been learning as part of their diocesan singing lessons. The children learning guitar will be led by Chris Eaton, and we are also pleased to be joined by Alex, our violin teacher.
Our school choir will also be performing, alongside some special guest performances from staff and members…
